Pre-pay Plans will be posted soon

Wellness Plans are discounted fees for those who want to maintain their health and prevent future problems. These plans are paid one month in advance (one year for annual plans). These plans do have time limits and will expire if not used. Concessions will be made for special circumstances (missed appointments due to travel, etc.)


Cash Plans are discounted, pre-paid packages. The visits do not expire and can be used anytime.
